Frequently charged with ‘bloody ridiculous’ volumes of training, Steven’s reputation for putting in the hours transcends him. Self-coached throughout his highly successful triathlon career Steven has built a simple but effective training philosophy based on a basic repeatable, volume oriented training week which progresses through the build towards your key events, or as an ongoing means to improving your efficiency and enjoyment of endurance activities. This approach has seen Steven Qualify for Kona every year he has tried, competing there five times.

Steven is a ASA Level 2 Swim Coach.

During her 6 year triathlon career, Jo has been known to race more races in a year than there are weeks. Her love of racing has seen her gain National (2007), European Ironman (2008) and ETU (2009) age group championship titles, and 7 Ironman podium finishes (5 wins) since 2007.  This is reflected in her training approach with a big focus on pace, power and heart rate all building towards a target race performance, without neglecting the enjoyment factor. Now racing as a Professional Ironman triathlete, Jo has enjoyed success both as a self coached and coached athlete. Currently under the tutelage of triathlon legend Scott Molina, and qualified with BTA level 1 coaching certificate, Jo’s broad experience of training and coaching methods will help you achieve your triathlon goals.
